This policy explains what information Kaiser Clean Co collects through kaiserclean.com and how it is used.

Information you give us

When you request a booking, a commercial quote or send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, service address, preferred date and arrival window, details about your property and the cleaning you want, and any notes you add. We use it to respond to you, confirm and deliver the service, and keep records of your requests.

The instant estimate does not ask for contact details. The property and service details you enter stay in your browser until you submit a booking.

Information collected automatically

When you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, we store the campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source or a click identifier) in your browser, along with the page you landed on and the referring website, so we can understand which marketing brought you to us. This information is sent with any form you submit.

We may use Google Tag Manager to run analytics and advertising measurement tools. Those tools may set cookies or similar technologies and collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and device type.

Security and spam protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare, including Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser to tell people and automated traffic apart.

Sharing

We share your information with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting, customer management, scheduling and messaging tools, only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages about a booking, we use your number only for messages about that booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us through the contact page.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
